Submitting the booking form on our website represents a consultation request, not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you to discuss details and set a convenient date.
Final booking confirmation is made only after direct communication with one of our artists.
New, Contacted, Confirmed, and Completed describe the operational progress of a request. The artist may update these statuses from their workspace, while the client can see them in the account and enabled notifications.
Insomnia Tattoo tattoos only people who are at least 18 years old.
We do not accept clients under 18 under any circumstances, including with parental or legal guardian consent. The studio may request valid identification before a consultation or session.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the loss of the deposit (if one was requested) or inability to reschedule in the short term.
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
Studio access and tattoo sessions are handled strictly by confirmed appointment within Monday - Sunday, 12:00 - 20:00.
For the safety of clients and artists, the studio reserves the right to postpone or refuse a session if these rules are not respected.

After the tattoo session, the artist will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions. The responsibility for following these instructions is entirely yours.
Failure to follow the instructions may affect healing and the result. This does not limit statutory consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Technical documentation and promotional publication are separate purposes. Promotional use is based on clear information and separate permission where consent is the applicable basis.
Refusing or withdrawing marketing permission does not affect the service. Withdrawal applies to future use within the limits of law and material already distributed lawfully.
Prices are not displayed on the website. Each tattoo is unique, and the cost depends on complexity, size, body area, and estimated time.
The price will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation, before work begins.
The studio may request a deposit to confirm the booking, which is deducted from the final price.

You are responsible for keeping passwords and authentication codes confidential and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
The Help Center provides general information and a private channel to Support. Never send passwords, 2FA codes, full card details, or unnecessary medical data.
Support requests may be categorized, assigned, and closed after resolution. History is retained under the Privacy Policy and can be exported from the account.
Loyalty points are account benefits, not cash, and may be used only through the platform or as confirmed by the studio. When you request to use points during booking, the artist is informed, but points are deducted only after the studio confirms they were applied.
The loyalty card includes artist-chosen gifts at 5 and 10 earned points in each 10-point cycle. The exact gift is selected by the artist or studio based on context, availability, and suitability.
Referral rewards are issued only after the invited client completes their first booking: the invited client currently receives 5 points (50 RON), and the client who shared the link currently receives 10 points (100 RON). These values may be updated from the admin settings and apply from the moment they are changed.
The platform must not be used for illegal content, threats, harassment, spam, impersonation, unauthorized access attempts, or malicious files.
We may proportionately restrict functionality or suspend access where needed for security, law, or user protection, with an appeal available through Support.
Authentic critical reviews are not removed merely because they are unfavorable; moderation concerns relevance, authenticity, third-party personal data, and illegal or abusive content.
Each client may have one verified review for the same artist. The review may be updated at eligible client-level milestones, receives a new revision number, and is moderated again before republication; an update does not create an additional rating.
We use reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, but maintenance, updates, or external interruptions may occur. For urgent issues about an imminent booking, use the studio direct contact details.
Material changes will be published with an updated date. Where a change requires new consent, it will be requested separately.
